GRILLED ASPARAGUS
Serves: 2 | Difficulty Level: 1 (of 5) | Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Ready In: 10 Minutes
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 pound fresh asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
PROCEDURE:
- Heat grill or grill pan on medium-high heat.
- Pour dressing over asparagus in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat asparagus.
- Remove asparagus, reserving dressing in dish.
- Grill asparagus for 5 minutes, or until crisp-tender, turning and brushing occasionally with reserved dressing
- Top with cheese
